National Centre for Medium Range Weather Forecasting (NCMRWF) is a subordinate office of Ministry of Earth Sciences invites sealed quotations from reputed, financially sound and experienced firms empanelled with DAVP for printing & supply of Reports, Booklets, brochures, visiting cards, letter head, greeting card, certificates, scientific reports, agenda Notes, Invitation Cards, Entry Badges, Parking Labels, posters, wrappers, envelops, registers, letter head, note pad etc. during the period of 12 months. Important Dates:
Date & Time for receipt of quotations - 14.6.2013 (3:00 P.M.)
Date & Time for opening of the quotations - 14.6.2013 (3.30 P.M.)
The successful bidder will be required to submit Performance Security of Rs.25,000/- in the form of Account Payee Demand Draft, Fixed Deposit Receipt from a Commercial Bank or Bank Guarantee from a Commercial Bank in favour of DDO, Ministry of Earth Sciences” Prithvi Bhavan New Delhi within 7 days of award of the contract failing which the contract will be awarded to the next lowest bidder and bid security shall be forfeited without prejudice to other remedies.
